A new image viewer has been added to the site which allows you to view images direct from articles. You should see the images within the article and a set of controls along the bottom (see image 1).

If you then click on one of the images it will enlarge with controls to allow you to scroll to the next image or close the image viewer(see image 2).

ONLY SEE ONE IMAGE  If you are using internet explorer 6 as your internet browser you will only see one image for gallery pictures. IE6 is no longer supported by either Microsoft or the majority of developers and would recommend upgrading your browser. You could upgrade to IE8 or IE7 but I personnally recommend using Firefox which is a much more secure and user friendly browser.
